OB1022

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The OB1022 is 1024x8 bits serial MTP(Multi Time Programmable) storage with DATA interface in 3-Pin SOT23 package.

The OB1022 uses a DATA pin and a VSS pin for data interaction without specialized power supply PIN.

The OB1022 has a build-in Zener-diode for chip protection. The Small package makes it ideal for battery-pack identification and inventory tracking.
